A. Michael Streit is Streit & Su's founder. During his youth, Mr. Streit lived and worked in Changchun, China where he became fluent in Mandarin Chinese. His practice is focused solely on advising EB-5 eligible projects, obtaining regional center designation, and filing individual EB-5 immigration applications on behalf of foreign investors. Over the years, Mr. Streit has advised many EB-5 eligible projects in various industries across the United States. Such industries include: residential construction, hotel construction and operation, restaurant development, oil and gas drilling, import and export companies, and senior housing construction and operation. Mr. Streit has counseled projects on such a large number and scale that his efforts have made it possible to bring more than $400 million USD into the United States economy from foreign investors.

In addition to EB-5 project compliance and regional center designation, Mr. Streit has filed a great number of successful individual EB-5 applications for immigrant investors. Mr. Streit has a team across North America and China to help process individual EB-5 applications. All Streit & Su team members are fully fluent in Mandarin Chinese and have a great deal of experience working with EB-5 investors.
